SURREY ART THERAPY

ABOUT ME
I am an experienced integrative art psychotherapist, registered with the Health Care Professionals Council (HCPC), the British Association for Counsellors & Psychotherapists (BACP), the British Association of Art Therapists (BAAT) and I’m a graduate member of the British Psychological Society (MBPsS).
My aim is to provide a safe and confidential space for the exploration of thoughts and feelings. I respect that everyone is unique and has their own way of engaging with this process. I am committed to working inclusively with individuals of different cultures, genders, sexual orientation and age.
As an integrative arts therapist, I draw upon a wide range of approaches and resources. It is my hope that through engaging with therapy, you can achieve a better understanding of yourself, feel more fulfilled and make the most of your life.

I have worked in various NHS settings supporting people coping with grief, anxiety, depression, addictive behaviours, past trauma, abusive relationships, psychosis, work stresses, and physical illnesses. I also support young people within the HOPE Service run by SABP NHS.
“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”
